Spicy Potato Wedges and Crisps with
a Creamy Dip

4 medium MountainKing® Russet Potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Large bag ready salted crisps
1⁄4 tsp hot chili powder
3 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp crème fraiche
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
Salt and pepper
Place the potato wedges in a bowl and add the oil and
chili sauce. Stir well until evenly coated. Transfer
to a baking
sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until the potato
wedges are tender.
Meanwhile, shake the crisps and chili powder together.
Combine all the dip ingredients together and serve
with the potato wedges and crisps.
