Cheesy Gold Potato Supreme

Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs MountainKing® Butter Gold Potatoes
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb pasteurized processed cheese spread
    (e.g. Velveeta)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions:

  1. Boil the two pounds of MountainKing® Butter Golds. While the potatoes are boiling, in a saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients to form the sauce. Stir the sauce over medium-low heat until melted, combined and hot.
  2. Then drain the potatoes and smash until they are of a chunky consistency. Stir in the sauce.
  3. Ready to serve immediately
