Ingredients
- 2 pounds MountainKing® Butter Gold Potatoes, peeled
and cut into 2-inch chunks
- 4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup half & half (warm)
- 1 teaspoons salt
- white pepper to taste
Preparing
- Place the potato chunks in a 2-quart saucepan with water
to cover and add salt. Boil for
10-12 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
Drain
well,
leaving potatoes in saucepan.
- Add the butter and half & half. Using a potato masher,
mash potatoes and mix well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
