Ingredients
Directions:
- Wash fingerling
potatoes in cool water, pat dry, and slice
into 1/2 inch
slices.
- Place fingerling potatoes into a microwave-safe
casserole dish. Add butter, salt, pepper and
microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, or until
fingerling potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle fingerling potatoes with fresh dill
and allow them to sit for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
