Rosemary Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients
Directions:
- Preheat
oven to 425°.
- Wash fingerlings in cool water,
pat dry, and slice
into
1/2 inch
slices.
- In a mixing bowl add all other ingredients
and mix well. Add fingerlings and coat thoroughly.
- Place potatoes in a single layer onto baking
sheet and bake in center of oven for 20 minutes
or until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from oven, garnish with sprigs of
fresh rosemary and serve immediately.
