| Ingredients |
| 2 lbs. MountainKing® Butter
Red Potatoes,
cut in 1 inch dice |
| 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 1⁄4 cup all purpose flour |
| 1 stick butter (or
you can substitute 3 tbs. of olive oil) |
| salt and pepper |

| Directions |
| 1. Preheat oven to 375
degrees. |
| 2. Wash and dry potatoes. |
| 3. In small plastic bag, put flour, cheese,
salt and pepper to
taste
and shake
to mix together well. |
| 4. Drop the potatoes into the bag of mixture and shake
the bag to coat the potato pieces on all sides. |
| 5. Melt better
and pour
on flat baking dish, arrange potato pieces
on the dish. Cook 375 degrees for approximately 10 minutes,
turn
each piece and cook additional 10 minutes
until
golden brown and tender.
Serve immediately. |
